Update!!

Hi guys, how are you all doing.

Over the past year I haven't been keeping up with the blog and I am kicking myself in the butt for that! Honestly! In the last year I have had over 3,000 views on my blog, almost 4,000. So I'm going to try to keep up with it now.

Since I've last posted, Netflix has picked up Season 1 of The Finder. This is great news because now more people are noticing it!! Look at these comments:

"I just discovered The Finder on Netflix and wish there were more episodes. I would have watched it on Fox if I knew about it. Bring it back."
John, you are so right!!! Fox NEVER advertised The Finder! How can people watch something without knowing about it!!!

"Please bring this show back. I had never even heard of it until I saw it among 1000s of other titles and thought it sounded great..now I'm hooked! Love Bones and LOVE"
Once again proving the point I just made! People didn't know about it!!!!

"Please bring back finder. I know I am late to thw party but I have only just found the Finder to have to lose it so soon! It waw an amazing show and at least deserves a better end than that!"
Hey look at that, another piece of evidence proving what I've been saying!!!

See!!! This is something lots of people care about!!!!!!

Micheal Clarke Duncan

Raised by his single mother on Chicago's South Side, Michael Clarke Duncan grew up resisting drugs and alcohol, instead concentrating on school. He wanted to play football in high school, but his mother would not let him, fearing he would get hurt. He then turned to acting, dreaming of becoming a famous actor. After graduating from high school and attending community college, he worked digging ditches at Peoples Gas Company in Chicago. When he quit his job and headed to Hollywood, he landed small roles while working as a bodyguard. Michael's role in the movie Armageddon (1998) led to his breakthrough performance in The Green Mile (1999), when his Armageddon co-star Bruce Willis called director Frank Darabont, suggesting Michael for the part of convict John Coffey. He landed the role, receiving critical acclaim for his performance. Along with The Finder and the roles mentioned above, he had many parts.

Reason to save The Finder #5

But one of the things that really made the show was the relationships between the characters. Geoff Stults and Micheal Clarke Duncan were amazing actors who worked together so well. When it was portrayed on camera you could really see a friendship there. They were more than two people stuck together with scripts and someone saying “Read this.” The plot-line was spectacular. The characters were dynamic. The show itself was just an all-together gold diamond ring.

Reason to save The Finder #4

The Finder was really an inspirational series for us all. I found myself glued to the TV weekly. Walter, the main character, was a soldier in the war. When he was sent on a mission to find a bomb, he accidentally ran over it before he had the chance to find it. Now, he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder. He is inclined to find everything. The show also focus’s an episode on what could happen if he doesn’t find it. I think the show was an inspiration for many families; especially, those with family out in the war that is currently happening.

Reason to Save The Finder #3

The people who could find the show enjoyed it! It was an enticing show. I found this poll on the internet about whether or not The Finder should have been cancelled. The options were, “Yes, I think so,” “I’m not sure” and “No! Are you kidding?” 5% of the voters had picked “Yes” but a massive 94% of voters chose “No! Are you kidding?” If you want to check out this poll for yourself go to www.tvseriesfinal.com/tv-show/the-
finder-cancelled-season-two-22920/

I’m sure you could find many other polls with the same response as well.

Reason to Save The Finder #2

Fox treated The Finder like a secondary show. Maybe even a thirdary show. Very few commercials were played for it. If you want people to actually watch something, there needs to be proper notice about it. Once Touch was about to air all you saw was commercials for it. I found myself on the Finder’s website very often watching the promos there because I would not see them on air. How are people supposed to be watching this show if no one knows about it?
